Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days. We may request a photo. Once approved, we’ll arrange a return and send a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to health regulations, opened supplements or products with direct body contact cannot be returned.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
